Special representative of central government concluded his Jammu and Kashmir state’s third visit and is likely to submit his latest suggestions to the union home ministry in the coming days. Before leaving for New Delhi, he met state governor N.N. Vohra and state CM Mehbooba Mufti in Jammu and reportedly briefed them about his discussions with different delegations in frontier districts of Baramulla and Kupwara in North Kashmir. Reports said that Dineshwar Sharma was told by majority of the delegations to start talks with Separatists and Pakistan and for the release of all youth and political prisoners and Kashmir to build peaceful atmosphere for dialogue to succeed.
